Our support site is filled with excellent information on using and setting up Repbox. This information, combined with our personalized training and on-boarding, ensures our users are set up for success. We also host online workshops to continue the education and keep our users up-to-date on new features.
Is my data protected?
Your data is as secure as it gets. It will only be shared with those of your choosing and each Repbox is encrypted and password protected for each user.
How long does on-boarding take?
On-boarding duration depends largely on the size of your company and the extent of the customization needed. We typically are able to get all of your information in the system within a few days and we will you keep you updated throughout the customization process.
Will my reps even use it?
While we can’t guarantee this, we can promise to deliver the most user-friendly experience on the market and eliminate the majority of data entry and re-entry, something all reps love.
What if I decide to stop using Repbox?
No contracts here. If you decide Repbox isn’t right for you, simply let us know and we will cancel your subscription. We will also provide you with all of your data because it belongs to you.
